Chapter X

 

~~Luna and Natalia are communicating through telekinesis.~~~

 

Luna: 'Are you there Natalia?'

 

Natalia: 'Yeah, Luna.'

 

Luna: 'Have you picked up the scent? I've found a demonic barrier, but I can't break through it.'

 

Natalia: 'No, but I'll be there in a second...wait where are you?'

 

Luna: 'At a village at the base of Akebi Mountain.'

 

Natalia: 'How did you get that far north? Oh, Kiden flew you huh?'

 

Luna: 'Yes, and thank you for giving Kiden to me as a gift all those years ago.'

 

Natalia: 'Thats what friends do for each other...but now we need to find you a guy don't we.'

 

Luna: 'Oh, shut the hell up.'

 

Natalia: 'You don't mean that, do you?'

 

Luna: 'What would you do if I did?'

 

Natalia: 'Beat your ass before you beat mine'

 

Luna: 'You!' Hey, stop! get away! 'The fool, just died trying to break through the barrier.'

 

Natalia: 'And you couldn't stop him becuase...'

 

Luna: 'I couldn't wouldn't have got there in time.' ~~~ 'Hey it's been 2 minutes, where the hell are you??!!'

 

Natalia: 'Slight delay.'

 

Luna: 'And what is this "slight delay".'

 

Natalia: 'Oh, I found some kind of weird dead demon, one I have never seen before, and man, it has one huge ass.'

 

Luna: 'I am heading over there right now.'

 

*Luna arrives, looking disheveled.*

 

Luna: It's a bird of paradise, damn bastards must have attacked Suishoku and Koga. I hope they're alright.

 

Natalia: Me too, but we're not going to find out standing here. I'm going back to the barrier.

 

Luna: Alright. Bye

 

*Natalia leaves*

 

*A smallish tornado appears and heads for Luna, Suishoku jumps out of it and the tornado dissappears*

 

Suishoku: Hey.

 

Luna: Hey, so you are ok.

 

Suishoku: And why wouldn't I be?

 

Luna: Look ...it's a Bird of Paradise carcass, I though one might of attacked you.

 

Suishoku: *raises one eyebrow* Since when did you start thinking I could be beaten by a Bird of Paradise?

 

Luna: Oh, um, never. So are you gonna help Natalia and I with this barrier or not?

 

Suishoku: What barrier?

 

Luna: The one I told you about earlier. Or did I...?

 

Suishoku: No, but let me guess, you found a demonic barrier and can't break through it, so you need my help.

 

Luna: No. Well, okay, yeah.

 

Suishoku: Okay, well just tell me where the barrier is and I'll be on my way.

 

Luna: Base of Akebi Moutain.

 

Suishoku: Meet you there in a few minutes.

 

Luna: Fine, I'll let Natalia know.

 

Suishoku: And I'll get Yamitora

• Standing by the barrier at Akebi Village. Natalia, Yamitora, Suishoku, and Luna all look on slightly intimidated.

 

Luna: Well we're all here.

 

Natalia: Yeah, but you made me leave Sesshomaru! *wimpers a little*

 

Luna: Suck it up you big baby.

 

Natalia: Whats that supposed to mean?

 

Yamitora: That means you can't leave your man with out crying about it.

 

Suishoku: *Laughs*

 

Natalia: Suishoku, don't tell you me that you willingly left Koga, and he didn't try to stop you?!

 

Suishoku: Heh well, at least my guy doesn't try to chase me up a tree!

 

Natalia: Well, at least he doesn't sniff my tail!

 

Suishoku: What?! What kind of come back was-

 

Luna: Hey, thats enough.

 

Yamitora: Yeah, break it up.

 

Luna: Lets focus on the barrier if you two children can take your minds off your guys for maybe, oh two or three minutes.

 

Yamitora: Do you talk about your guys 24/7?

 

*Suishoku and Natalia shoot looks at Luna and Yamitora*

 

Luna: It gets really old, really fast, for us without guys!!!

 

Suishoku: 'Avoid issue of Penta.' Hey, she's the one that started the stupid arugement! So what are we gonna do about this damn barrier?

 

Luna: Take it down... I hope!

 

Yamitora: We can get some help from our allies.

 

Suishoku: And exactly which allies are we talking about here?

 

Yamitora: Inuyasha, Kagome and the others.

 

Luna: Oh come on, Inuyasha, help us. He would rather risk Natalia and Suishoku's wrath the then help us "do gooders" The only person I am worried about it Miroku... theres too many girls around, one of us being single.

 

Yamitora: Whats the matter Luna, afraid of getting your ass touched?

 

Luna: No! Its just the personal space thing....

 

Suishoku: Don't worry Luna, with all of us here, we'll be sure to clobber him for you...come to think of it, why are you so worried, you could beat him if you want too.

 

Natalia: No, she likes him! *smiles*

 

Luna: No I Don't!

 

Natalia: I know, but it was to good to resist.

 

Luna: Do you have a death wish my dear friend?

 

Natalia: No, but I can surely take the challenge.

 

Luna: Think about it, I'm demon slayer and your a demon, it isn't going to work.

 

Natalia: Uh-huh, and your point is?

 

Luna: Nevermind *under her breath* you wouldn't understand.

 

Natalia: What?

 

Luna: Nothing.

 

Yamitora: Well if thats over. I'm going to try to get them to help us now.

 

Luna: Bye.

 

Natalia: See ya.

 

Suishoku: Later, and hurry it up.

 

Yamitora: Yeah yeah. *Leaves*

Chapter Y

 

~~~Same situation~~~~

 

Luna: So now what?

 

Suishoku: We wait for her, obviously.

 

Luna: But what if she doesn't come back? What if she can't convince Inuyasha and the others to come? What if we can't break the barrier? What if they can't get here becuase of some demon? What if---

 

Suishoku: Shut up already! Everything's gonna be fine! You damn pessimist!

 

*Natalia walks Luna away to calm her down.*

 

Suishoku: Good God!! *slaps hand on head*

 

*Yamitora comes back with IY and gang.*

 

Suishoku: Yo.

 

Yamitora: Hi people, sorry I'm so late, but Inuyasha was being stubborn...where's Natalia and Luna?

 

Miroku: Yes, where are they?

 

Sango: Why do you want to know, we're here to break down a barrier, not chase down girls.

 

Miroku: No need to worry my dear Sango, my heart belongs to you.

 

• Sango gets red and turns away.*

 

*Natalia comes back without Luna.*

 

Suishoku: So she still hasn't calmed down fully yet?

 

Natalia: I would be surprised if she cooled down before sunset.

 

Suishoku: So what level?

 

Natalia: Like five.

 

Suishoku: I haven't known her as long as you have. I can't tell what levels she's at when she does that.

 

Yamitora: Same here.

 

Inuyasha: Will all of you guys shut up and point me to this damn barrier so I can break it and leave. I need to find Naraku!!!

 

Yamitora: Well God Inuyasha, it's not like you haven't gotten a chance to fight him before, so why does it matter now?

 

*Stress mark appears on IY head.*

 

*Barrier fluxes, drawing attention, everyone looks to see a huge boulder flying to forest.*

 

Luna (In the distance): OH DAMN!!!

 

Yamitora: Do ya think she's okay?

 

*Everyone looks toward the forest and hears the boulder crash ...loudly*

 

Yamitora, Natalia, and Suishoku: OH SHIT!!!! *Go running to the forest, IY and the gang follow.*

 

*They reached the boulder, run and see Luna standing a centimeter away, twitching.*

 

Natalia: Are you okay?

 

Suishoku: And alive?

 

Luna: Yeah.

 

Suishoku: Are you sure?

 

Luna: No. *collapses*

 

*Two minutes later, Luna starts to come around, she wakes to see everyone standing over her. Miroku is kneeling...beside her, Suishoku on the other side, with everyone beside her.*

 

Suishoku: Woohoo, are you alright?

 

Luna: Uhhhhhhhhhhh....get him...away from me!! *points to Miroku* I have a headache!

 

*Sango goes and takes Miroku by the ear leading him away from Luna*

 

Natalia: No surprise, you hit your head, duh!!

 

*Luna tries to get up and can't*

 

Suishoku: Join the club *Slaps hand on head.*

 

*Tries to get up, and falls down again, Natalia, Yamitora, and Suishoku catch her*

 

Yamitora: Don't get up to fast, your body needs to wake up too.

 

Luna: But we have to break the barrier.

 

*The barrier lights up, makes noise, and opens up partway.*

 

Suishoku: Looks like now or never.

 

*Kida and Kilala growl and grow big. Natalia, Suishoku, and Yamitora throw Luna on Kida's back. All run through the opened part of the barrier and into the village inside*

 

Inuyasha: Bout time something happened with this damn barrier.

 

Suishoku: I smell the scent of a demon, don't get any ideas Luna, your staying right there on Kida's back, your in no condition to fight.

 

Luna: But!!-

 

Yamitora: You can barely stand up, what makes you think you can fight?

 

Kagome: I sense a sacred jewel shard.

 

InuYasha: Really? Finally this gets a little interesting.

 

*Luna tries to climb off Kida, but can't do it, she damaged her knee badly*

 

Natalia: What the hell do you think your doing, If you get off Kida, I will permanatly make sure that you won't be able to get up anymore.

 

Luna: Fine, but I really want to help!

 

Suishoku and Yamitora: Too Bad!!

 

Shippo: Don't be like Inuyasha and rush into battle with out thinking.

 

*Inuyasha hits Shippo upside the head*

 

Shippo: Whatt'd you do that for? KAGOME!!

 

Inuyasha: Serves you right, runt!

 

Luna: Shut up, both of you!!! I have a headache &we don't have time for this! Inuyasha you should be ashamed of yourself, hurting a little fox like that!!! No wonder they call you irrational!!!

 

Suishoku: Shippo's cry probably attracted the demon already!! 'It's more likely that is was Luna's yell though.'

 

Kagome: The jewel is coming closer.

 

Natalia: Oh crap, can't you keep your tempers?

 

Sango: Its coming.

 

Luna: If I can't fight with my sword, I can still fight with my bow and arrow, though it might not be as effective.

 

Natalia: You do that!

 

*Loud foot steps*

 

Yamitora: Uh-oh that doesn't sound good.

 

InuYasha: So he's finally here. Heh.

 

Luna: What kind of demon is it?

 

*A large demon comes around the corner. Demon: a huge Ogre wearing some armor and a cloth w/ a huge axe.*

 

Luna: So...what kind of demon is it?

 

Suishoku: Your kidding and your a demon slayer!! Come on it's obvious!!!!

 

Luna: Hey, I've never seen this kind of demon before.

 

Suishoku: Kagome, go onto Kilala and fire your arrows down onto the demon, Luna is going to do the same on Kida.

Luna: Hey, when was that decided!

 

Suishoku: Uhh, because your the one who said you'd do that, hello.

 

Luna: Well-

 

Inuyasha: Will you two shut up!! It's annoying!!!

 

*Luna and Suishoku turn to look at InuYasha*

 

Luna & Suishoku: We're annoying??!!!!!!

 

*A stress mark appears on Luna & Suishoku's heads*

 

Suishoku: You are soooo lucky this demon is here right now!!!!

 

Luna: Sooooo lucky!

 

*IY gulps*

 

Ogre Demon: Bickering like children! You'll be easy prey!

 

InuYasha: Lets just deal with this demon, okay!

 

Natalia: Yeah, let's give this demon something to fear.

 

Luna: Yeah!

 

Ogre Demon: You little antes just try to fight me! Ha ha!

 

Suishoku: Try? Yeah right!!

 

Ogre Demon: Like some punnie humans and half-breeds could stop me!!!

 

InuYasha: *grouls*

 

Luna, Yamitora & Natalia: Uh-oh.

 

Suishoku: *BIG stress mark* HALF...-BREEDS???!!!!!!!!!!! *grinds fangs & grouls* I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT THIS HALF-BREED CAN DO!!!!!!!!! SUCHI-RU-KIBA!!!!!

 

*Suishoku defuses from her arm.*

 

Suishoku: NNAYAAAA HAA!!!!!

 

*Hits Ogre w/ Suchi-ru-kiba, the Ogre is thrown very far and lands w/ a huge crash*

 

Yamitora: 'That demon just signed a death wish!'

 

Ogre Demon: Uhhhhh that was pretty good, half-breed *breathes hard* don't think i'll let it happen again!!

 

Natalia: 'If this guy doesn't stop calling her a half-breed, we won't be able to get him to tell us where Cuma is.'

 

Luna: 'No kidding she'll kill him before we get to even ask, if he keeps it up.'

 

Kagome: Luna and I will go shoot our arrows now.

 

Suishoku: No, you don't need to, even with a jewel shard this thing is weak! He's the easy prey now, plus hes ticked me off!!!

 

Kagome: If she says so...

 

*Ogre tries to strike Suishoku, but she dogdes it with ease*

 

Luna: Believe me, this demon will be nothing for her! 'Calling her a half-breed, what a fool!'

 

Natalia: Yeah, you'll see. 'If this guy looked like he was good I might pity him.'

 

Kagome: Okay, but just to help. Suishoku!! The jewel shard is in it's forehead!!

 

Suishoku: Thanks!

 

Natalia: 'I would say something about her giving the jewel to Koga, but that doesn't sound wise.*'

 

Luna: 'Yeah, then again who ever said you were wise.'

 

Natalia: 'Bet it feels good to finally come up with a good come back doesn't it?'

 

Luna: 'Grrr, shut up!'

 

Suishoku: *Still dogdeing his attacks* Your attacks are pathetic!! Take this, NNAYAAA HAAA!!!!

 

*Hits Ogre with one swing, sending him packing and unable to get up*

 

InuYasha: Ouch!

 

Shippo: You said it!

 

Suishoku: Now!! *Presses foot hard into Ogre* You're gonna tell us all about Cuma and his where-abouts!!!!!

 

Ogre: *Laughs*

 

Yamitora: What's so funny?

 

Ogre: *Keeps laughing w/ no stop*

 

Suishoku: What is it?!

 

Luna: Uh...

 

InuYasha: This demons gone insane or something.

 

Kagome: You think?

 

Sango: I'm not so sure.

Luna: What the hell? Demon, you had better tell us something useful or you will be the new toy for the devil in hell himself.

 

*Suishoku presses foot harder into back.*

 

*Demon keeps laughing insanely*

 

Suishoku: Tell us whats so funny now!!

 

Inuyasha: We came all this way to help these inexperienced people, and the demon laughs, oh yeah, so intimdating you are Suishoku, what are you trying to do, talk him into-

 

*Stress mark appears on Suishoku's head*

 

Luna, Natalia, Yamitora: Stupid ass

 

Suishoku: Shut up and mind your own business, Mutt!!!! Or I'll really give you something to bark about!!!!

 

*presses down harder in anger*

 

Ogre: Uhhhh, You're all such fools!!

 

Yamitora: What do you mean fools ?!

 

Luna: Tell us about Cuma!!!

 

Ogre: Cuma? Ha ha. I don't obey thank wrech! I only take orders from Naraku!

 

All: What?!

 

Inuyasha: Then where's Naraku??!!!
