Darkness, an Image

Darkness; of mind

and of clothing

The gray smell of death

Ghostly Murmurings

Of souls long past

rejoicing with a new

past Spirit to join their ranks

The Wails of a Mother

her heart and soul

in grief consuming

Silent tears of a father,

Whose child loved dearly has passed

And for the brave life she lived

A friends weeping

For the future of their friendship,

Now never achieved

Darkness of mind

and of clothes

Darkness of Death

Which Blankets the soul
