Hello! And allow us to explain this sudden piece of horrid writing invading a generally well-written site...

You see...

This is an old story that we started writing several years ago. It was our first attempt at several things...writing fanfiction, and role-playing. (Both of which, we are proud to say, we do much much better on now. :-) )

This story was inspired by Rumiko Takahashi's work, Inuyasha, and a story that we thought would be fun. It filled a lot of what could have been boredom filled days, and only now have we cracked open the chest of long-forgotten stories.

This story bears some sentimental value, and over the next few months, we are going to be doing several of many things. We are going to reformat the story, putting it into novel format instead of script format, and we are, hopefully, going to finish a good portion of the story, as well as write out any character that is not ours. 

We have studied the culture and history of Japan more in depth, and plan to make the story as true as possible without leaping the bounds of fantasy.
